Chi Yue received a call from Nan Yuan, panicked, and dared not answer.
When the phone rang a second time, she reluctantly answered.
"Nan Yuan, is something the matter?"
It seemed like the other end breathed a sigh of relief, "Where are you? I'll come to you."
"No need." Chi Yue's tone was somewhat urgent, and then she felt it was somewhat inappropriate, explaining, "I'm at work, extremely busy recently, it's not very convenient."
Downstairs at the hospital, Nan Yuan looked up and said, "Okay, let's talk when you're available."
"Okay."
Chi Yue hung up the phone and turned it off, feeling much more comfortable.
It wasn't that she wanted to lie to Nan Yuan, but because she hadn't decided how to face him yet.
Nan Yuan stood at the gate for a while, then turned to leave, taking a couple of steps before hearing someone calling him.
"Nan Yuan? What are you doing here?"
Fu Hanyan walked up to him with brisk steps, "Are you feeling unwell?"
