The small restaurant had a private room, so Qi Sishen took one.

"I was hoping to see a miracle happen, like you bringing your fiancée over," Qi Sishen said, finally losing hope when he saw no one and came back in.
"Household registration book," Zhou Shuyan urged.
"Here," Qi Sishen produced a household registration book from seemingly nowhere and handed it to Zhou Shuyan, "When are you getting your certificate?"
"If nothing unexpected happens, tomorrow," Zhou Shuyan said.
Lu Youxi must be pretty anxious.
