As finals approached,
the Sheng Family's moving preparations finally all fell into place.
At a rare family dinner, Qin Suxin looked at Sheng Chuyi and asked, "Yiyi, the preparations for moving are almost ready. As soon as you finish your exams, we'll be leaving. Have you told Zhaozhao and the others?"
"Not yet!" Sheng Chuyi pursed his lips.
Ever since that last incident, neither of them had brought up moving again.
It seemed as if by not talking about it, the move could be pretended away.
"Then you should say a proper goodbye to Zhaozhao, and what about your friends? Do you want to invite them over before we leave?" Qin Suxin said gently.
"No need," Sheng Chuyi declined.
After a pause, he looked up again, "Mom, can't we wait to move after the summer holidays?"
