For instance, he could knock the two out, tie them together, then play the role of a robber, and in front of the girl, pretend to forcibly assault the boy using trick photography.
Or, he could tie them up separately on the roof with two remote-controlled devices; one of them would have to be pushed off the roof, making each responsible for the other's life or death, enjoying a play of "a choice between love and life," then at the crucial moment, reverse the scenario, letting the one who only cared about his own life fall, and allowing the one willing to sacrifice himself for the other to survive, elevating the theme!
