Just now, Mo Tianchi told Mo Xiaoya that she would be married off to Young Master Yang from one of the Four Great Martial Arts Families.
"Xiaoya, now that your father is no longer here, I am your guardian, and naturally, I will decide on your marriage matters. Moreover, Young Master Yang has long admired you," he said.
"He, too, is the Young Master Yang, a perfect match for you in both status and identity," he added.
"Besides, it's not easy for the Yang family to accept that you cannot cultivate; what more are you trying to avoid?" he questioned.
Mo Tianchi looked at Mo Xiaoya and said sternly.
"I don't care, whoever wants to marry can marry," she retorted haughtily.
"Second Young Master, I think we should consider this matter more thoroughly," said an elder following Mo Xiaoya.
"Mo Kun, though you have joined our Mo family, you are not yet a true member of my family, and it's best you keep out of this matter," the Great Elder Mo addressed the elder sternly.
