"Boss, is it done?"
Xia Kai, who had been waiting for a long time, asked.
"It's done,"
Liu Zheng nodded.
"Boss is truly the boss, even such a big BOSS can be taken care of,"
Xia Kai gave a thumbs up.
This wasn't entirely sucking up; had the Grand Patriarch of Blood Healing Church been replaced by him in the last instance, that would've been like becoming the mayor of Animal City.
If he could handle characters of that level, why bother with an escape? He'd just run the prison himself.
"Heh heh,"
Liu Zheng shook his head.
A shock went through Xia Kai's heart—what, did his flattery hit the wrong note?
Or did the boss prefer to keep a low profile and disliked others flattering him?
"You should study more; with your sycophantic skills, you wouldn't survive the first day in Metropolis,"
Liu Zheng patted his shoulder and then walked outside.
"Boss, is Metropolis your instance world?"
Xia Kai hurriedly followed and asked curiously.
"That's right."
Liu Zheng nodded.
