"Marian!"
Anke called his wife's name and rushed out of the basement.
Even though he had witnessed the cat's strength, he still felt uneasy.
After all, those outside were his most precious family members.
When Anke arrived at the front hall, he saw the broken door and wine barrels rolling around everywhere.
However, he did not see the bloody mess he had expected.
The front hall was clean, without a single trace of blood.
If it wasn't for the large hole in the door, Anke might have thought he had just heard a hallucination.
"Daddy!"
Nina rushed into his arms.
There was still a hint of fear on her little face, but it was mostly excitement.
"Nina, what happened?"
Anke asked, stroking her head.
"Just now, a big monster broke the door and tried to come in and bite us, then Lady Cat walked over and slapped it away."
Nina mimicked San Huamao's movements and explained with gestures.
"It's Lady Cat."
Anke corrected his daughter's term while looking towards San Huamao.
