Tonghua Entertainment's contracts are divided into four tiers, with the best being an S contract. Only those who have become veteran first-class stars or top superstars can sign this contract, which allows them to rely on company resources to open personal studios and transition from being employees to being company partners.
Next is the A contract, which is aimed at signing first-class stars and offers generous terms.
Then comes the B contract, which targets second-class stars with potential, believed to have a chance of becoming first-class stars.
The last category is the standard contract, a common contract.
Of course, it's not to say that a lower-tier contract means worse terms. Trees may die when moved, but people survive, and though the contract tier might be low, the specific clauses can still be negotiated with the company.
