Jiang Jiu was about to call for a car using her phone when Jiang Siyan grabbed her hand and directly got into a car.
"What are you doing?"
"It's on the way, I'll give you a lift."
Jiang Siyan's response was very straightforward, as if everything was to be expected.
The driver was Jiang Siyan's secretary. When he saw Jiang Jiu get in, he asked, "President Jiang, should I take this young lady home first?"
Jiang Siyan mentioned an address, giving Jiang Jiu no chance to refuse.
After speaking, he started to close his eyes to rest and stopped talking.
Jiang Jiu felt it was not appropriate to say anything more and just silently looked out the window. Soon, they arrived at the place where she lived.
"Thanks."
Jiang Siyan just glanced at her and didn't speak, the politeness and distance evident between them.
