The growth of an emerging power has its limits. For example, families that start from scratch and develop into Foundation Establishment families are as numerous as hairs on an ox, but those that become Golden Core families from nothing are nearly non-existent. For a family to bring forth a Golden Core Great Power to protect the family for 500 years,
it must be the accumulation of generations. In a particular generation, when the timing, location, and people are all perfectly aligned, a Golden Core Great Power unexpectedly emerges, propelling the family into the status of a Golden Core family. From there, the family continues to build its wealth and influence over generations until they are able to foster another Golden Core Great Power.
Only then can the family legacy continue.
