Tang Palace Restaurant was one of the well-known Hong Kong-style eateries in Dong Hai.
Like most of the Hong Kong-style restaurants in Dong Hai, it wasn't very big in size, the decor was not particularly luxurious, the prices were reasonable, and their signature dish was the pigeon—crispy on the outside and tender inside, not too greasy, and even the bones turned soft enough to be swallowed, authentically delicious.
Additionally, the incredibly sweet "Durian Cake" and the sticky, rounded "Snow Plum Lady" were also dearly loved. When it came to Hong Kong-style desserts, they ranked in the top three in Dong Hai.
