"To live is worse than to die." Qin Hao's Grandmother spoke, her expression tinged with sadness.
Qin Hao understood her meaning, because of past events, because of that man he should call grandfather.
"It's all in the past, he has been crippled, don't dwell on the past," Qin Hao said softly.
Seeing his grandmother wanted to speak again, Qin Hao spoke once more, "Could it be that all of our family members aren't worth more than a beast-like man?"
Upon hearing Qin Hao's words, his grandmother's expression sank slightly, she was contemplating.
"Father has gone to the Netherworld to battle, a fight for survival. You might not be aware, but I have also struggled with those powerful beings from beyond our realm, my blood staining the heavens and the earth. You should care about us too."
Qin Hao was serious as he stared at his grandmother.
Qin Hao's Grandmother was shocked; she was completely unaware of these news.
"I haven't cared enough for you," she said, her face showing shame.
