Her face was contorted in pain, her eyes wide open in fear and pleading, causing everyone present to be profoundly shocked.

Upon witnessing this scene, Su Yu did not hesitate to turn back, her decisive figure casting a steadfast shadow in the sunlight.

By now, the old lady's complexion had turned from red to purplish-blue, the situation becoming increasingly dire.

Su Yu shouted loudly, "Everyone, move aside!"

Her voice, like an arrow breaking ice, pierced through the panic of the crowd, who quickly made way, still filled with trepidation, yet showing trust and expectation toward Su Yu.

Su Yu moved swiftly, leaping onto the ox cart, and with deft movements, she embraced the trembling old lady from behind.

Her gaze sharp, she accurately found the spot two fingers above the old lady's navel, placed one fist there, and covered it with the other hand, yanking upwards several times with precise and resolute strength.
