They had just finished building the workers' quarters, and with experience this time, they built the houses in three rows forming a quadrangular courtyard structure, arranged in a square. All of which were two-story buildings, with two rows on either side and one row in the middle, making three rows in total. Each floor had rooms, amounting to dozens of rooms that were relatively uniform in size.
There was a dedicated water room in the front and back middle, with both hot and cold water, and equipped with washing machines and shower rooms.
Outside the water room, there was a terrace and clothes racks for drying clothes, which were conveniently placed and included a dryer as part of the comprehensive facilities.
Each bedroom had its own toilet and shower room—you could use them however you wanted. If you didn't like washing in your room because it felt too damp, you could go to the water room where the water flow was stronger and washing felt more refreshing.
