They finally decided to build a small factory on No.7 Farm and set up two sets of equipment, bringing everything together for debugging. No.9 Farm would then gradually add more equipment.
The people from Dongshan would not be able to come over until summer, so there was no rush at the moment and still time.
No.7 Farm was also building one because there was enough land available for growing a good amount of wheat straw. Since there were only a few dairy cows currently, the plan was to breed more. Everyone would focus on their own tasks; if successful, they'd earn extra money, but if they failed, they would start with No.7 Farm, learn from the failures and then scale up at No.9 Farm. This way, even if they took losses, it wouldn't be crippling.
If they made money, they wouldn't need to worry about having an extra set of equipment or taking up more space. Even if they failed, they could still recoup some losses by selling fresh milk.
