"I'm exhausted..."
Kirishima grumbled while holding his neck. After finally making it to the training camp location with great difficulty, the entire class rushed to wolf down their meals. Later, Mandalay informed everyone that there was a hot spring here, and the whole group eagerly came to enjoy it.
"Ah... it feels like I'm melting~~"
Kaminari Denki floated on the surface of the hot spring like a corpse. The warm water made him feel so relaxed that he couldn't help but sigh. He didn't want to move a muscle… perhaps spending a lifetime in the hot spring wouldn't be too bad.
"Kaminari, your posture while bathing is just too sloppy. As a U.A. student..."
Class rep Iida, who still wore his glasses even in the hot spring, began lecturing Kaminari with endless enthusiasm. It was hard not to wonder if the class rep had too much energy even in moments like this.
"After fighting for days on end, it's normal to feel completely drained," said Todoroki Shoto as he sat on the edge of the hot spring. After soaking for a while, he decided it was time to get out.
"Still, today was absolutely brutal..."
Leaning back against a granite rock in the hot spring, Midoriya Izuku recalled the events of the day. Aizawa-sensei had thrown them into the "Beast Forest," where they had to continuously battle the earth monsters conjured by Wild Wild Pussycats' Pixie-Bob. It had been nothing short of grueling.
"That bastard!"
Bakugo Katsuki's palm crackled with small explosions. No way was he going to let his teacher off the hook for this. If anyone expected Bakugo to take this lightly, they clearly didn't know him.
"What are you doing, Mineta?"
Ojiro Mashirao, also soaking comfortably in the hot spring, happened to glance over and noticed the pervy Mineta Minoru standing by the wooden wall, pressing his face against it.
"Heaven is just on the other side, and all that's stopping me is this measly wooden wall!"
"...."
Mineta's face was plastered to the wall, and drool was dripping uncontrollably from his mouth. All the boys were speechless. They knew exactly what was going through his dirty mind.
"Stop it, Mineta! Is this the behavior of a future hero?"
Iida stood up from the hot spring and strode over, intending to stop Mineta from giving in to his desires.
Turning his head, Mineta's face displayed a serene, almost Buddha-like expression. Smiling, he said:
"A hero is someone who overcomes obstacles."
"No, no, no! That's *not* what All Might meant!"
Midoriya flailed his hands frantically, trying to set the record straight. But Mineta turned back toward the wooden wall and reached up to his head.
"Let me conquer this obstacle! PLUS ULTRA"
Using his sticky head as a climbing aid, Mineta scurried up the wooden wall like a squirrel. Iida didn't even have time to stop him.
"Closer! Closer! This is the moment I became a hero for!"
Just as Mineta reached the top of the wall and was about to witness the "heavenly" scene on the other side, a giant face appeared before him.
"Takeyama-san?!"
All the boys gasped in shock. Mineta's heart, filled with anticipation, sank instantly. Takeyama Urei's gigantic face completely blocked his view.
"You pervert! Get lost!!"
Takeyama Urei's massive hand reached out, flicking Mineta off the wall with a single motion. Screaming in terror, he fell back down, landing squarely on Iida, who unfortunately became his cushion.
"You brought this on yourself..."
The boys felt no sympathy for Mineta's misfortune. After all, he only had himself to blame.
"Takeyama-san...?"
Ojiro Mashirao shyly called out as he sank further into the hot spring, flicking the lecherous Mineta Minoru off of the towering Takeyama Urei. Instead of reverting to her normal size, Takeyama glared intently at all the boys.
"Takeyama, Takeyama! How is it?!"
The shout from Mina Ashido was loud enough for the boys on the other side of the hot spring to hear clearly.
"Ojiro's physique is stronger than I imagined, Kirishima's muscles are solid, but Kaminari looks a bit scrawny..."
Hearing this, the boys immediately felt something was off. Was Takeyama Urei now peeping on them, just like Mineta tried to spy on the girls earlier?
Some of them panicked, quickly finding places to hide. Tokoyami only peeked his head out while submerging the rest of his body in the water. Kaminari sank into the water out of shame, and Midoriya Izuku nervously hid behind a granite rock.
Meanwhile, Bakugo Katsuki had his upper body exposed while his lower half remained in the hot spring. "If those idiot girls want to look, let them. I don't care."
Todoroki Shoto didn't do much either. To him, this situation was meaningless, and he had wrapped himself securely in a towel anyway.
"What about Todoroki? And Bakugo? How's their physique?"
Another troublemaker, Hagakure Toru, threw out the question. Takeyama's gaze immediately locked onto Todoroki and Bakugo.
"Todoroki is surprisingly practical. His muscles are well-balanced and perfectly toned!"
"As for Bakugo... he's got a good amount of muscle too. Damn it! He even has a six-pack! Has he been working out?"
After satisfying the curiosity of the other girls in the class, Takeyama turned her attention to Midoriya's hiding spot. If it weren't for Mina Ashido urging her to check out Midoriya's physique, Takeyama wouldn't have bothered.
Pressed against the granite rock, Midoriya looked incredibly awkward as he tried to stay hidden. He never thought he'd experience being peeped on by a girl.
Three minutes later, Takeyama shrank back to her normal size, and the boys seized the opportunity to get out of the bath. With the giant girl gone, they knew it was now or never.
Midoriya, equally embarrassed, left the hot spring as well. There was no way he could continue soaking after such an awkward situation. After changing into his prepared yukata, he stepped outside the lodge.
Taking a deep breath of the fresh forest air, Midoriya shook off the drowsiness from bathing too long. At that moment, he noticed a child walking back from the forest.
"Kouta?"
The boy, the nephew of Mandalay, had been introduced earlier in the afternoon when they arrived at the training camp. However, Kouta had clearly shown disdain for heroes, running off with a cold expression.
"Um... where did you go so late?"
"Hmph!"
Midoriya reached out to greet him kindly, but Kouta, still as aloof as before, ignored him and walked past into the lodge.
"Uh..."
Midoriya felt incredibly awkward. But since it was getting late, and he'd been fighting all day, exhaustion was catching up with him. Remembering that Aizawa-sensei had ordered an early assembly tomorrow, Midoriya decided to head back to his room and get some sleep.
