As George delved deeper and deeper into the world of darkness, a strange sense of unease grew within him. He began to question the true nature of the power he had gained, wanting to know his limits, his strength.
He also felt a growing suspicion that Lucius was hiding something, a secret agenda that could put them all in danger. He had not stopped having that feeling since he confronted Lucius, asking him of where he went to and he flared up, wanting to put him in his place.
One night, as George was alone, the ominous spirit appeared to him in his sleep and Instead of offering guidance, the spirit seemed to be testing him, probing his mind.
"You have grown strong, George." the spirit started with, its voice a chilling whisper, one that was partially encouraging him and also commenting and complimenting. "And if I am being honest with you, I am proud of you and how fast you have risen and learnt."
