I began to notice a change in Avalor. He became so distant, withdrawn and often lost in thought whenever we were together discussing or eating. I could sense a weight on his shoulders, a burden he was carrying alone, one that he had refused to share with me.
I tried to reach out to him, to offer my support but he brushed me off, assuring me that everything was fine each time I tried to ask him what was going on.
One night, as I was preparing for bed, I felt a strange sense of unease. I could not shake off the feeling that something was amiss no matter how much I tried. So I decided to confront Avalor, to demand answers to my curiousity.
I left my room and went in search of him, I found him in his study, his eyes fixed on a flickering candle. He seemed startled by my sudden appearance and his expression shifted from being calm to being guarded.
