It felt like my mind was playing a fast one on me when I heard his question. What the hell am I doing in his house? What?
"Your house? This is my house and you just barged in right now!" I let out, putting his sexy hot face aside for a minute.
"Barged in? How could I have barged into my own house? Here, I opened the door with my keys? Do you know what that means? I live here and I don't remember expecting a visitor?… Wait, are you the new roommate?" He paused briefly and asked while I looked even more confused.
I scoffed and then grabbed my phone. In another ten seconds, I was back on the phone with Suzie.
"Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry, Lisa. I totally forgot. He's your roommate. I'm really sorry but it was the best place I could get on such short notice…" I didn't wait for her to finish. I hung up and turned back to him.
"I'm sorry, I just confirmed and yes, I'm the new roommate." I said with a hint of embarrassment in my tone.
"You shouldn't be embarrassed, it's fine. I'm Dave…"
"Uhm, nice to meet you Dave. I'm Lisa. Goodnight." I quickly cut him short, grabbed my things and headed to one of the rooms down the hallway.
"Uhm… that's my room." He let out while I turned and rushed into the opposite room.
I pushed my boxes in the corner and then went back to the door. I was trying to listen if I could get a hint of what he was up to.
Do you think he noticed how smitten I was just now? - I thought to myself as I walked to the bed.
I had just traveled miles from a city to avoid a man, I can't get myself in another drama already…
"Enough of the man drama" I said to myself as I got in bed and curled up in my arms.
"Focus on yourself and the interview tomorrow… no more men drama." I said to myself again as I closed my eyes and then slept right off.

I woke up in the morning and the first thing that popped in my head was the scene from last night. I could still picture those soft sexy pink lips of Dave. They looked so plump and chewable. It was so obvious they would taste so sweet…
I quickly shook my head, drooling over my roommate wouldn't do me any good. Besides, I have an interview in a few hours and maybe thinking about a man isn't the best idea.
I quickly got dressed, knowing I would need plenty of time to get through the traffic and arrive on time for my interview. I wasn't sure the job would pay enough like my former job but it was a start.
Everyday that passed since Henry and I broke up, increased my desire to be independent again. I dropped everything just to be the perfect girlfriend and looking back now, I wondered if he ever loved me throughout the five years we were together.
Every promise he had made, he'd broken. He needed me. He used me. It was that simple. As evil as Mellie is, she was right about one thing. I was a fool!
"Thank you so much ma'am, for this great opportunity, I promise to put all my heart into my work." I let out happily.
The interview lasted only ten minutes before I was given the job. I wasn't surprised though. I'm good at my job. Fashion designing has always been my passion right from my childhood and I grew up pursuing it. I got all the training and experience I needed to upgrade my skills and I would have been a badass designer with a name to reckon with by now if I hadn't traded career for love…
"Remember you're on probation for the next six months and you'd be retained as a permanent employee based on the success of your projects during that six months." My boss quickly cleared while I nodded affirmatively.
"You won't be disappointed ma'am." I quickly replied with a broad smile.
"We'll see about that then." She chimed in and then dismissed me.
I couldn't contain my joy as I gallivanted through the reception and brisked outside. I quickly called Suzie to share the good news with her.
"Guess what?" I screamed once she answered.
"You got the job!!!" She exclaimed and the moment I affirmed, she started screaming so loud that I had to pull the phone from my ear.
"I'm so happy for you, Lisa." She finally calmed down.
"Thank you so much, babe. I couldn't have done it without you." I let out and I was starting to get emotional.
"I know right, this calls for a celebration, you know. Asher and I will be back this evening and we are coming to get you. We are going to celebrate your new job and I'm not even taking no for an answer. You're going with us and you're going to have so much fun!!!" She let out firmly.
"Oh no no no, I don't think I…" I hadn't even finished before she hung up.
She really isn't taking no for an answer. I thought to myself and then walked to the road where I got a ride back home.
The drive home was a long one and my mind was filled with different thoughts but the most important was Dave. Each passing moment increased my urge and crave, and I longed for him.
I got out of the car but then spent over ten minutes at the door, scared of going in and running into him. That was the last thing I wanted at the moment, I already made a fool of myself last night, I can't afford to embarrass myself again.
After much contemplation, I summoned courage, opened the door and ran so fast across the hallway, straight into the room.
"That was a close one." I mumbled as I crashed into the bed.
It was Suzie's call that woke me a few hours later.
"Girl! You better start getting ready now, we will pick you up in an hour!!" It's funny how I read the text in her loud excited tone.
Left to me, I wouldn't go to the party. I just want to be in my room, sleep, eat, go to work and repeat. But maybe a little fun wouldn't hurt.
I didn't know the theme of the party and going by Suzie's style, I went for something sexy.
A black strapless short dress. I got it about three months ago hoping to wear it on a date with Henry while I give him a mindblowing lap dance.
I threw the dress on and stood in front of the mirror, it hugged every curve in my body and even accentuated my a^ss, making it look bigger that it is.
I was still admiring the beauty in front of me when I heard the car honking outside. That was my cue.
I grabbed my phone and purse and made my way out of the house.
"Oh my goodness!!" Suzie exclaimed as I walked over to the car.
"You look drop dead gorgeous, Lisa." She chimed in while I blushed but tried to hide it.
"Heyyy…" I said to Asher, who had a broad smile on.
Suzie had told me everything about Asher but that was the first time I would be seeing him and if I didn't know better, I would say he liked me. The way his eyes moved from my eyes, to my lips and glued to my cleavage was so awkward and I think I caught him licking his lips one time.
"Yes finally, you two get to meet. Asher, this is my cousin, Lisa. Lisa, meet my handsome man, Asher." Suzie let out excitedly while Asher and I exchanged greetings.
He started the car and we drove to the party.
"Here, use this." Suzie said and then handed me a mask.
"It's a masked party?" I quizzed while she nodded her head excitedly.
"Isn't that fantastic? You can literally get as naughty as you want without any fear of being caught." She retorted and pulled me inside with her.
Asher's eyes still found their way back to my lips and chest but thankfully, Suzie was there to distract him. She was all up in his mouth and pants, and at a point, I just had to move to the other side. Seeing them make out that wildly was making me go crazy.
"Hey, watch it!" I let out when I felt a man spanked my bu^tt.
"I know you like it, drop the act. We are all here to have fun…" he let out and I was disgusted by his shameless audacity.
"Well she doesn't want to have fun with you so beat it…" another man came up behind me and said to the man.
He oddly sounded familiar but that didn't matter when I saw the way he defended me.
"You good, beautiful?" He asked and I froze immediately I turned to face him.
His face was covered but his body was fire. A few buttons was off and my eyes preyed on the broad chest. The muscles popped making my heart sing.
"Yeah, I'm okay." I managed to respond.
"You sure? I mean, you looked so knocked out?" He asked again while I affirmed with a smile.
"You wanna sit down? You'll catch vertigo…"
"After you…" He asked and then pointed to the chair behind us.
"Thank you." I retorted and then sat while he sat opposite but close to me.
"I like your dress, you look naturally stunning, honestly, out of this world." He chimed in and I blushed.
"Ohh really? You haven't even seen my face…" I let out while he looked in my eyes so intently that I started to feel things happen to my body.
"I don't need to see your face, I can recognize a mesmerizing beauty from a mile, and when it's sitting in front of me, I'd do anything to have her." He let out and that was it.
I knew right there I was going to make out with him. The feeling was mutual because we both tilted our heads at the same time and got drowned in each other's mouth.
He grabbed me and sat me on his lap while we continued to make out like wild rabbits. We were so engrossed that I lost my footing and slipped off, pulling his mask along with me.
"Ohh shit… oh shit…" I let out once I saw who it was.
He didn't understand what was going on so he took off my mask too.
