Evelyn welcomed the break to think about what she was going to do with Veronica. Why was Veronica speaking about her father so much all of a sudden when she didn't ask about him much in the past? Did someone reach out to her?
Evelyn stood up to get Veronica a drink. This was bad timing since she wanted to be focused on getting Beth out of the home and doing something to make Henry invest his money in something else to give them money. Now she had to worry about Veronica successfully meeting with her father.
