"Are you sure we can trust him to do this alone? Your grandfather isn't someone easy to go up against," said Jerome.
"He seems confident that he can do it. He was able to hide everything about him from me and my grandfather so he has some kind of power. Put a stop to looking into him. It's useless right now," Liam said since they had failed time after time. "Keep an eye on Vance and Benjamin. The second it looks like her father is failing, we have to swoop in to help him."
"He doesn't seem to be a bad person but he does have the look of someone you shouldn't get involved with. It sounded like he has Evelyn," Jerome remembered, curious as to how that happened. "I wasn't informed about any suspicious movement with her."
Liam placed his hands in his pockets. "He seems to know his way around where others can see him. He wants my hand to be clean?"
