Luca knew he would need to buy many resources soon, so partnering with a well-funded but not overly aggressive guild like Snowfall seemed like a good fit.
Asking for 30% above market value was completely normal at the start of the game.
Especially since Luca was offering gear that was a tier higher than what most players could access.
