"Black-Winged Devil… you've become incredibly strong. But after slaughtering everyone in Level Six, your stamina must be depleted. Aren't you afraid of the Five Elders and the World Government coming after you?"

"Those guys are nothing but scum. Why don't you join me and turn this world upside down?"

Doflamingo, clad in a prison uniform, sneered at Ian, the heavy stench of blood reflecting off his sunglasses, turning them a crimson hue.

"Doflamingo, you bastard! I didn't see you lift a finger!" Catarina Devon, also known as the "Crescent Moon Hunter" grumbled.

"They were just cannon fodder. More trouble than they were worth. It was the perfect opportunity to get rid of them… Now it's our turn. But something's strange. My seastone shackles are gone, yet I feel… weak, drained."

Doflamingo pressed a hand to his forehead, his brow furrowed in confusion. He had only been captured a day ago, while Catarina, imprisoned for decades, she already regained access to her powers.

"Well, then. Let's see what you've got." Ian's green eyes were cold and devoid of emotion. He was eager to witness Doflamingo's inevitable downfall, his humiliating and entertaining demise.

He glanced around, noting the absence of Gecko Moria. He was likely dead, his body disposed of. After Ian's soul-crushing attack, Moria had become a vegetable, unlikely to ever recover.

Magellan and the others wouldn't waste resources on keeping him alive.

"With his power, he must be at Admiral level, right? It makes sense that we'd be weakened. Even Shiki was brought down by him." Doflamingo continued, prompting an outburst from the Golden Lion.

"Doflamingo, you brat! I was making a grand return to Marine Headquarters to show those fools what I'm capable of! I ran into Garp, Sengoku, and that new Warlord Kid. That's why I was captured!"

Shiki squawked indignantly, his pride wounded. He couldn't lose face in front of these legendary pirates. "The fact that I was captured despite so many new recruits only proves how powerful I am!"

"..." The others ignored Shiki's ranting. Doflamingo extended his right hand as if grasping something behind him, then swung it forward towards Ian, who stood amidst a mountain of corpses. "Overheat!"

"..." Silence. Nothing happened.

He tried again and again, but his powers remained dormant. Ian watched, a smirk playing on his lips. Catarina roared, "Doflamingo, what the hell are you doing?! If you're bluffing, I'll kill you myself! Without your powers, you're nothing but cannon fodder!"

"It must be you! You did something to me, didn't you!" Doflamingo lunged towards Ian, his face contorted in rage. Even without his Devil Fruit, he could rely on Kaido and his connections to acquire another one. Regaining his strength was only a matter of time. But what he truly feared was that Ian had somehow permanently sealed his powers.

He coated his right leg in Busoshoku Haki. Even without his Devil Fruit, he was a formidable hand-to-hand combatant. This kick would not be trivial.

"Enough. I'm losing my patience. My objective has been achieved. I'll show you something interesting, Doflamingo. Consider it a parting gift."

As Ian spoke, a strange power emanated from his body, causing the shattered ground of Level Six to warp and distort. The debris transformed into countless white threads, swirling and converging like a tidal wave.

Under Ian's control, the threads surged towards Doflamingo, ensnaring him completely.

"Off White, does that look familiar, Doflamingo? Your signature move. You were so proud of your awakened Devil Fruit power. Now, taste your own medicine."

Thousands of threads, interwoven and pulsating with power, formed a massive, swirling wave of white strings, lashing out at Vasco Shot, Doflamingo, and the others like venomous whips.

They snaked across the ground, obliterating everything in their path. While the scale was smaller than Doflamingo's Birdcage, the power was amplified exponentially. Over half of the threads were coated in Busoshoku Haki, imbued with the explosive power and sharpness of all the Devil Fruits Ian had absorbed. The air crackled with energy as the threads whipped through the air.

Their sharpness rivaled even his own swordsmanship. The remaining prisoners stared in stunned silence. While he had absorbed the Ito Ito no Mi, he had retained the ability to use its powers, specifically to shock and demoralize Doflamingo. His objective had been achieved.

"A devil… Is this your true power? The ability to absorb Devil Fruit powers… I remember seeing a unique one in that Devil Fruit encyclopedia… That's why I haven't regained my strength!" Doflamingo recalled a rare encyclopedia of Devil Fruits he had glimpsed in Mariejois.

He had been searching for that specific fruit, but to no avail. Otherwise, he wouldn't have tolerated Blackbeard lurking on Whitebeard's ship for decades.

Now, a similar, unprecedented power had emerged, a Mythical Zoan with the ability to absorb Devil Fruit powers. Perhaps only the World Government's secret weapon, the one still maturing in Mariejois, could rival such power… After all, it was the most fundamental force in this world.

He had believed his powers were simply dormant, but they had been devoured, absorbed by this monster before him.

"Damn it!" Catarina cursed, unleashing a powerful flying slash with her sword. she was undoubtedly a strong swordsman, but her attack was effortlessly shattered by the overwhelming torrent of white threads.

Vasco Shot, his body coated in Busoshoku Haki, launched a punch, but the result was the same. They didn't even have a chance to feel fear before being consumed by the white wave, along with the remaining prisoners.

"You think you can kill us that easily, boy?" Having dealt with them, Ian turned his attention to the legendary pirates.

Douglas Bullet, the "Devil Heir," remained silent, his face impassive despite the seastone shackles binding him. Redfield, the "Lone Red," also remained silent, merely glancing at Ian with a cold, indifferent gaze.

Unlike the other prisoners, they showed no fear of death. They had witnessed Ian's true power, and they knew their fate was sealed. He had slaughtered everyone in Level Six, along with countless others on the upper levels.

He wouldn't spare them.

"Don't be so sure. Your fate has been decided." Ian said calmly, a green glow flickering on his fingertip before launching a Cero.

BOOM!

The blast struck Bullet, sending him stumbling back several steps. The Busoshoku Haki coating his arm dissipated, leaving a faint red mark on his skin. He was unharmed.

Using his Haki, Bullet had managed to withstand Ian's attack.

"That's all you've got? You're not even close to Roger's level. Multiple powers mean nothing. In this world, True Strength reigns supreme." Bullet sneered, his eyes cold and calculating.

While his Devil Fruit was nullified by the seastone cuffs, he had never stopped training. His physical strength, combined with his mastery of Haki, made him a formidable opponent. A simple Cero wouldn't be enough to take him down.

"Indeed. That's why those fools didn't dare release you. They gave me this opportunity. I might be able to defeat one of you, but against both of you, I would lose. But you, too, are weakened by the seastone."

Ian's eyes glinted with amusement. The stronger they were, the better.

Their souls would be incredibly potent, providing a significant boost to his fusion rate. This was exactly what he wanted. But first, he would grant them a swift end.

He raised his right hand, gathering flickering particles of spiritual energy on his index finger, compressing them into a dense, pulsating sphere.

A fist-sized, emerald green orb of energy appeared on his fingertip, radiating immense power.

Cero. He focused his spiritual pressure, condensing it into a single, concentrated blast.

This was the signature attack of Hollows, a devastating beam of energy capable of immense destruction. He had deliberately suppressed its power to avoid damaging Impel Down. The orb's color shifted, deepening into a darker shade of green, almost black.

BOOM!

A blinding black light erupted, a concentrated beam of darkness piercing through the air, aimed directly at Bullet's heart. Bullet's expression changed. He could sense the immense power contained within the attack.

He didn't underestimate it, quickly coating his body in Busoshoku Haki, his arms raised in defense. He would withstand this attack.

BOOM!

A blinding flash of light consumed Bullet, and when it faded, a gaping hole remained in his chest.

His heart had been obliterated by the Cero Oscuras. With his heart destroyed, survival was impossible. His life force dwindled, fading away until he was no more. The concentrated Cero Oscuras, its piercing power even greater than Chidori's Raikiri, had claimed his life.

Bullet was dead. His defenses had proven insufficient against Ian's compressed Cero. While he had never stopped training, years of imprisonment in Impel Down, without proper nutrition and exposed to Magellan's poisonous rain, had taken their toll.

He was no match for Ian's full power, falling prey to the Cero Oscuras. If Ian hadn't held back, Impel Down would likely be flooded by now. That would have been troublesome, unless Aokiji arrived and froze the seawater.

"You… killed Bullet… Impressive." Redfield, the "Lone Red," who had remained silent until now, finally spoke, his voice filled with surprise.

He turned to face Ian, his eyes filled with a newfound respect. This was the first time he had addressed Ian directly, acknowledging his strength. But Ian didn't need anyone's approval.

"I told you. I would send you all to hell." Ian said calmly. As long as they remained trapped, unable to unleash their full power, their fate was sealed.

"Tell me… your name." Redfield asked, his gaze unwavering.

"You can call me Black-Winged Devil." Since the pirates had given him the moniker of "Devil," he would embrace it. At least, against them.

"Black-Winged Devil… While not your true name, This Redfield, acknowledge your strength. Grant me a swift end."

Redfield said calmly, lowering his arms and closing his eyes, seemingly resigned to his fate. Ian was momentarily surprised.

But then he understood. Imprisoned in Impel Down, Redfield would only wither and die.

That wasn't the ending he desired. He preferred to die at the hands of a powerful warrior, a death with dignity, rather than succumbing to old age and decay.

It was the final act of defiance, the last vestige of pride for a once-proud warrior. "As you wish."

Ian nodded slightly, a black orb of energy forming on his fingertip. A Cero Oscuras erupted, engulfing Redfield.

When the light subsided, Redfield was gone, his life extinguished. Two legendary pirates, both connected to Gol D. Roger, had fallen at Ian's hands.

Bullet, who had single-handedly challenged a Buster Call and constantly sought to surpass Roger, and Redfield, the Lone Red, whose strength rivaled that of Shiki and Whitebeard.

No, there was still Shiki, the ranting old lion..

"What have you done?! You killed Redfield and Bullet! You're a monster!"

"And my Float-Float Fruit… You absorbed it too, didn't you?!"

Another Cero Oscuras shattered the icy prison holding Byrnndi World, the "World Destroyer," who had been frozen for decades. He met his end without even a chance to react.

With a single attack, Ian had eliminated another legendary figure. Byrnndi World was truly unfortunate, frozen in a state of suspended animation, unable to defend himself. He died without even realizing it.

Sanjuan Wolf, the "Colossal Battleship," met a similar fate, falling prey to Ian's Cero Oscuras.

His immense size, his defining characteristic, had become his greatest weakness. He was a massive target, unable to dodge or evade. Even after three Cero Oscuras, he remained standing, albeit severely wounded.

But it didn't change the outcome.

If One Cero Oscuras wasn't enough, he would simply use more, each one aimed directly at his heart…
