Rachel relaxed in her bed and told her Antrunie where she was. Her soulmates and Farasharns all appeared in her room.
Farasharns actually entered her bed and curled around her in their amorphous form.
"You have traversed deeply into the planes Mistress. Can I…"
"Please do."
Rachel had a residue on her body that was leftover from being in the planes. It was another reason why many did not fair well when they entered the planes.
Those who survived the journey often fell sick and died in a short time. It was soon realized that there was something left on individuals who entered and if they did not clean it off this residue essentially smothered the individual.
It blocked all bodily and magical functions. But it was not as horrid as it sounded. They simply became extremely tired and would fall asleep to never wake up again.
Farasharns drew this residue from her as if it were taking the top layer off a lollipop to get to the center.
