Martin stepped forward as the Professor began introductions. The first was a tall man with glasses and a measured demeanor.
"This is Dr. Samuel Reeve, a specialist in genetic engineering. He'll be critical for the human optimization aspect of our research."
Dr. Reeve nodded firmly, his eyes scanning Martin with interest. "A pleasure, Mr. Fox. I've been looking forward to seeing how your ideas play out in practice."
Next was a shorter man with wiry energy, his movements quick and precise. "Dr. Liam Bardsley, molecular biology," Johns continued. "He's going to help us break down the mechanics of life-force interaction at the cellular level."
Liam grinned, his excitement palpable. "This is groundbreaking stuff. I can't wait to dig into it."
