The sun hung high in the sky as the four of Martin, Sarah, Emily, and Leo worked efficiently, moving from one station to the next. Their synergy was apparent, and they quickly became the go-to group for help.
They set up chairs, finished hanging decorations, and took on whatever tasks came their way. Occasionally, some students took advantage of their efforts, subtly shifting their own responsibilities onto them.
Martin didn't mind the work, but the attitudes of those students—most of whom were from wealthy families with an air of entitlement—irked him.
