Before Fabrice Targan could answer, Delvin continued, 'We need to find survivors, we need to gather a team and prepare for what is to come, we are absolutely, not going to wait for the enemy to slaughter us? Right?'
Fabrice Targan's eyes glowed upon hearing Delvin's words and his enthusiastic determination, he took some humble time to think, then all of a sudden, he shook his head as if he was talking to someone, and he just apprehended something intriguing, and he had to agree to it. He began, 'Coming to think of it, if I have a vault, I am absolutely sure that there must be others having them and that means there must be other people still alive. They must be scared of coming out, usually inside any vault, you expect it to have a radio transmitter, cellphone and receiver.
