Chapter 22 - NEW TEAM

"Welcome, students," Menka mam began. "By now, most of you have completed your basic studies and reached or crossed the True Path Warrior stage by entering the World Building stage."

"We are forming teams for all students. This time, the teams will be a little unconventional. You won't know much about your teammates beforehand, but don't worry – every team will have a balanced mix of aspects.

"If anyone finds any discrepancies, perhaps due to some chamber's influence, they can file a complaint. However, if they choose to continue, they can do so."

"Now, please stand properly, especially those whose eyes are wandering around."

As she spoke, a bright light filled the room, and a jar materialized on the stage. The jar began to shake.

"This magical jar contains dwirh, infused with magic and luck," Menka mam explained. "Our new method for forming teams involves placing all your names on cheats inside the jar. After some time, it will randomly select your team members' names and assign a specific guide."

"Note that your guide can be anyone, and don't worry – you can still seek help from or offer assistance to others outside your team."

"Let's begin."

After some time, a thousand papers burst out of the jar, creating a cloud-like effect. The cheats then divided and multiplied, binding themselves into separate lists.

Suddenly, a list materialized in my hand, and another floated before my eyes. I tried to read it, but a blinding light forced my eyes shut

When I opened them again, I found myself back in class, surrounded by confused students.

I glanced at my list and was shocked – overjoyed, even. It was like a dream come true. The names on the list read:

Abhi

Adidev

Arushi

Guide: Unknown

I felt excited and a little apprehensive, remembering Abhi's previous guide, Vidhyut. Who would our guide be this time?

Several renowned teachers entered, each claiming a group. Only two groups remained unassigned.

I hoped Vidhyut would choose us. The door swung open, and Vidhyut sir walked in. The room buzzed with excitement. Abhi and adidev remained calm, but the other looked desperate.

Vidhyut sir announced, "My team consists of Dhruv, Adi, Shreya, and Vijay."

My heart sank. I had been confident, even happy, but now disappointment washed over me.Vidhyut sir was accompanied by other esteemed teachers, each with their own top-tier teams

I glanced at my list again, wondering who our mysterious guide could be.:

Time ticked by, but no teacher arrived. Arushi grew frustrated, summoning her beast, Draco.

"Anyone shows up, warn me," she instructed Draco.

Just then, she contemplated a playful welcome for our potentially unremarkable teacher.

"If someone arrives, I

You will give them a little shock – just enough to burn their hair." Hmm... wait, what if he's bald?

The image of our sir, hairless, flashed in my mind, triggering a strange sensation.

"Okay, burn his facial hair, then." But what if he has no beard?

My mind raced with ridiculous possibilities, sending a thrill through me.

"If none of that works, attack him and break his front teeth!" I thought, grinning mischievously as I imagine his face

"Don't worry, I'll use my new magic ability to grow his teeth back... but maybe a little bigger.".

I stifled a chuckle, but Adidev's snicker set me off. My laughter escaped, and in seconds, Abhi joined in.

Arushi raised an eyebrow. "What's so funny?"

Draco, sensing her tension, growled softly.

Our laughter died down, replaced by anticipation. Would our teacher ever arrive?

Just as we exchanged worried glances, the door creaked open.

A bespectacled teacher, unfamiliar to us, entered.

As someone entered the room, Draco sprang into action, attacking the newcomer. But before we could react, the man suddenly evaporated

We froze, shocked and tense, our gazes darting between Draco and Arushi. Even she looked stunned.

Then, a figure materialized in the room. Purple hair little longer framed his face, and a silver eye gleamed beneath a demon-like mask covering his right side.

His voice sent shivers down our spines. "You little rakshas( rakshas means here is strong and potential and littel dangerous also), attacking your teacher on the first day?"

We slowly recovered from our shock, realizing the evaporated man was only a water clone.

I struggled to recall where I'd heard of such abilities, but my memory failed me.

Before I could apologize, Arushi turned on the newcomer. "You're the guilty one here! You arrive late, and then you suddenly evaporate. Don't you understand how alarming that is?"

Her words left us stunned, sowing doubt in my mind. Was this person on the wrong side, or was Arushi misjudging him?

The purple-haired figure seemed taken aback, his finger rising to his lips as his face flushed red. He glanced at us, then sat down, composing himself.

"Now, I am your sensei," he declared. "And your first task is... to fight to the death."

His words hung in the air, sending a chill through the room.

Abhi whispered, "Is this some kind of test?"

Adidev's eyes narrowed. "Or a trap?"

Arushi's gaze never left our sensei. "What do you mean by 'fight to the death'?"

The masked figure leaned forward, his silver eye glinting. "Exactly what I said. Your lives are on the line. Are you prepared to defend yourselves?"

Enraged, we reacted instinctively. Arushi's voice rang out, "Draco, attack him!"

A lightning bolt struck, and Draco charged toward the purple-haired sensei. But just as the attack was about to land, something shifted.

The sensei vanished, reappearing beside Draco. With a swift strike, he countered, but Draco separated into multiple forms, evading the attack.

The sensei's eyes widened in shock as Draco reformed and settled back onto Arushi's shoulder.

Arushi's laughter echoed through the room, "Hehehehehe! See, never try to prank us. We can even prank you!"

I stifled my own laughter, biting back a grin.

The sensei retreated, his expression surprised. "Well, I suppose you don't want to fight each other. Then, fight me. If I'm not impressed, I'll disqualify you."

His eyes sparkled with challenge. "Are you beautiful ready? Let's go!"

Before we could respond, the room dissolved, replaced by a vast, open training area.

We stood in the center, surrounded by rolling hills and towering trees. The air hummed with magical energy.

The sensei appeared before us, his mask glinting. "Your first test begins now."
