By all logic, the Consolidating Faction should not have arrived so late. Even the Left Faction, always vigilant, had anticipated the confrontation and waited in the shadows, preparing to intervene if necessary. So surely, the Consolidating Faction, keenly aware of Aizen's rising influence, would have taken steps to protect Kean, their rising star. Although they placed great confidence in Kean, they should have realized that Aizen wasn't alone in this battle.
Aizen had been part of the Left Faction since before he advanced to outer disciple, so even now, as an outer disciple, he was part of their ranks. He had demonstrated exceptional skill and resilience, displaying his true worth, though his power had drawn its fair share of attention and trouble. Yet the Left Faction would never ignore such issues and would certainly step in to shield him if things escalated.
