After leaving the pharmacy, the girls began to chat animatedly.
Ruoruo tilted her head, a curious look in her eyes. "Sister Yun, didn't you say Brother Su has a talent for learning? So why can't he learn Hutuan'er and Rice Noodles?"
Yun Yun pondered for a moment. "It might have to do with levels. For instance, a character at level 1 can only learn one talent, while a level 2 character can learn two additional talents, and so forth."
"Oh, that makes sense," Ruoruo replied, nodding in agreement.
Meanwhile, Yuto Saito felt a pang of frustration. He had no inherent learning talent. While he possessed copy cards, acquiring one was indeed tied to one's level—Yun Yun was spot on.
As the girls returned to the villa, Yuto greeted them with a warm smile. "I was just about to look for you guys."
A sweet smile spread across Ni Shuang's face. "Xiao Tutu, what do you need from us?"
"I want to learn the talent of Hutuan'er," Yuto stated straightforwardly, stepping closer to Hu Tuan'er and resting his right hand on her shoulder.
The Tiger Group members exchanged excited glances, their delicate faces lighting up with joy.
Just three seconds later, a notification chimed from the system.
[Ding! Copy successful. You have gained 200 attributes.]
[You have consumed 1 copy card. You currently have 6 copy cards remaining.]
"Teleportation LV5 gives me 200 attributes?" Yuto mused, calculating the implications.
When the Tiger Group awakened their teleportation talent, they initially received 60 attributes. Now, as she reached level 5, it added up to 200: 20 from level 2, 30 from level 3, 40 from level 4, and 50 from level 5.
His strength soared to 19 stars!
A smile crept across Yuto's face—this was a major win! It seemed the higher the talent level, the greater the benefits of copying it.
Yun Yun watched him intently, her beautiful eyes sparkling with curiosity. "Xiaotu, how do you use your learning talent? It seems more like a copying talent."
Yuto chuckled. "I don't think I have any learning talent at all."
Ni Shuang looked skeptical. "So, it's really just copying talent?"
Ruoruo piped up, "Brother Su, if you can copy, why didn't you do it with Tiger Tuan'er earlier?"
Yuto explained, "There are level limits, and I didn't want to copy recklessly. Now that Tiger Tuan'er is part of our team, I can copy her anytime."
Ruoruo teased, "So it really is about rank! Sister Yun, you guessed it right—you're so smart!"
Yun Yun beamed, pleased with her insight.
Yuto contemplated whether to share the truth with the girls. They had all proven loyal and trustworthy; it wouldn't be long before they figured it out on their own. Besides, to activate the inheritance talent, transparency would be essential.
For instance, if Yuto wanted to give Natto a golden bell for combat, the others would inevitably ask why she had it, making it impossible to hide.
It was better to confess now, considering they were all part of the same team.
"I have copy cards," he began. "For example, when a character's level reaches five, they get five copy cards. These cards can replicate talents—even large buildings—but they can't copy living beings."
The girls stared at him in stunned silence.
Ruoruo's eyes widened. "My God, Brother Su, you've been keeping this from us!"
Ni Shuang added, "So, in the future, when you have more cards, you could even copy a luxury villa?"
Yuto smiled. "Of course."
Ni Shuang gave him a thumbs up. "That's incredible! This copy card is so useful!"
Feeling energized, Yuto activated the teleportation talent he had just copied, conjuring a teleportation circle beneath his feet. The circle spanned a radius of five meters.
Hu Tuan'er's eyes widened in disbelief. "Oh my God, Captain, you really copied my teleportation! This is amazing!"
Yuto retracted the teleportation circle, making it vanish.
Yun Yun chimed in, "With two people in our team possessing teleportation, we'll be much more mobile."
Yu Qi nodded in agreement. "Yes, having two teleportation talents is incredibly convenient."
Yuto addressed the girls earnestly. "Everyone, please keep my ability a secret."
"Understood." The girls nodded, a sense of security washing over them. In their eyes, Yuto Saito was undoubtedly the strongest awakener in the world!
Ni Shuang added, "Xiao Tutu, we visited the community just now, and there aren't enough beds. We plan to head to the mall to gather more."
Ni Shuang and Yun Yun had split their efforts in the community—one overseeing beds in Building 1, the other in Building 2—but they still fell short.
Yuto replied, "Sure, you guys go to the mall. I have three first-grade rings on my side. Whoever among you has an ordinary ring can swap it. When we find higher-grade rings in the future, everyone will have them."
Yun Yun proposed, "Let's do it in the order of joining the team. When we battle more monsters and zombies, we'll all eventually get one."
"Sounds good!" Thirty-five girls nodded in agreement.
Natto added, "I already have Xiaoshuang and Sister Yun, so these three will go to Mina, Orange, and Ruoruo."
Mina, Orange, and Ruoruo eagerly accepted their first-grade rings, bright smiles lighting up their faces.
"Let's head to the mall!" Ni Shuang exclaimed.
Yuto nodded. "Alright, you guys go. I'll head to Pingshan Mountain in Xiangxi alone."
Hearing this, Yun Yun immediately chimed in, "Xiaotu, I'll go to Pingshan with you."
"Okay," Yuto replied.
Ni Shuang quickly interjected, "I'm going too!"
Yuto shook his head firmly. "No, Xiaoyun should accompany me. Her lightning and freezing abilities are perfect for taking down centipedes. Just stick with her."
Ruoruo chimed in playfully, "What if we find too many items at the mall and run out of space for the rings?"
Mina teased, "If that happens, Ruoruo, just email the team. We can send things to the captain."
Ruoruo's face lit up with realization. "Ah! I'm so silly!"
Orange laughed. "Stupid Ruoruo!"
Ruoruo responded playfully, "I totally forgot!"
"Ruoruo is just so cute," Orange said, playfully pinching Ruoruo's cheek.
Yuto addressed the girls, "Alright, let's split into two groups. Xiaoyun and I will head to Pingshan, and you'll go to the mall to collect beds. Ordinary people should focus on gathering food rather than beds. The mall should have plenty."
"Exactly what I was thinking," Ni Shuang nodded.
Yun Yun kindly reminded, "Everyone, remember to take your experience pills."
"That's right! Captain and Sister Yun are going to hunt centipedes. We'll get double experience points by using the pills," Ruoruo added eagerly.
Yuto said to Hu Tuan'er, "Okay, everyone split up. Hu Tuan'er, please use the conveyor to take the others to the nearby mall."
"Understood!" the Tiger Group replied enthusiastically.
Yuto used his newly acquired teleportation skill, whisking Yun Yun off to Xiangxi.
Meanwhile, the Tiger Group transported the girls to the mall.
With 15 minutes remaining on the 10x experience pills he had used in Hyland, Yuto was determined not to waste any time. There was no better moment to maximize his experience gains.
