"An Nuan," Lin Xiao Feng called her name before An Nuan could think of running.
"Uh…" An Nuan tried to smile but felt the corner of her lips move awkwardly. She had not expected that she would see Lin Xiao Feng in the morning.
Ah, no. It's already the afternoon.
"You…" An Nuan cleared her throat, hoping that she could ease her awkwardness. "Why are you at home? Aren't you supposed to go to work?"
"I had an online meeting earlier," Lin Xiao Feng said. "I'll head to the office later."
"Oh." Suddenly, An Nuan did not know where she should put her hands and feet while she was facing Lin Xiao Feng. Her stomach was growling, asking to be fed. But, An Nuan just wanted to head back to her room.
"Mrs. Lin."
Auntie Yu's voice made An Nuan turn around.
"Auntie Yu." An Nuan greeted the woman.
"Mrs. Lin, I already prepared a few dishes," Auntie Yu said. "Would you like to eat now?"
