"An Nuan?" Lin Xiao Feng's voice snapped An Nuan out of her trance.
She stood up straight and looked away. A faint blush appeared on her face at the thought that Lin Xiao Feng had caught her staring.
An Nuan cleared her throat before looking up to meet Lin Xiao Feng's eyes again. "Are you done?"
"Hmm…" Lin Xiao Feng waved the documents in his hand. "Found it. Sorry for the long wait. Should we go back?" He walked over to An Nuan's side before leading her to his door.
The light was turned off.
Lin Xiao Feng found that An Nuan had once again inched closer to his body.
The corner of his lips tilted to a smile. Fortunately, An Nuan would not be able to see his smile in the dark surroundings.
Lin Xiao Feng deliberately slowed down his step just to stay with An Nuan a little longer.
A few seconds later, the smile on his face turned stiff.
