"Mr. Lin, this is the document that you asked for," Secretary Shi said as she placed a file on Lin Xiao Feng's table. She watched as her boss flipped through the documents and briefed him about the contents.
Once she was done, Secretary Shi stood quietly at the side while waiting for Lin Xiao Feng to give his instructions.
"Alright." Lin Xiao Feng finally lowered the document in his hand. "Double-check with the finance department and proceed as planned."
"Understood." Secretary Shi leaned over to take the document on the table.
"Is there anything else?" Lin Xiao Feng asked while keeping his eyes on the computer screen.
"Mr. Yi from PTG called earlier to ask if you will be joining them golfing this Sunday," Secretary Shi informed.
"Tell him I won't be able to attend." Lin Xiao Feng said. He finally raised his head to meet Secretary Shi's eyes. "I have an invitation from the mayor."
