An Nuan woke up quite late the next morning.
Sleeping in a different room in new environment was not easy. Last night, An Nuan tossed and turned for a long time before she was finally able to sleep.
When she came downstairs, An Nuan found Auntie Yu in the kitchen preparing something at the kitchen counter.
Auntie Yu turned around and their gazes met.
The corner of her lips turned into an awkward smile. An Nuan was still not used to living in the new house and had almost forgotten that Auntie Yu would be coming every morning to cook and tidy the house.
"Mrs. Lin." Auntie Yu greeted with a smile.
An Nuan nodded and cleared her throat. She swept her gaze around the place before turning to Auntie Yu again. "Where's Lin Xiao Feng?"
The smile on Auntie Yu's lips remained intact. "Mr. Lin headed out an hour ago. His assistant came over to pick him up."
An Nuan nodded again.
