On their way to the restaurant, An Nuan took out her phone to text Ren Di.
Her friend left after saying a few words and An Nuan was worried.
"Nuan Nuan, sorry for leaving suddenly," Ren Di texted back. "I just thought that you and your husband might need some time alone. Lin Xiao Feng seemed angry. Nuan Nuan, you have to talk to him."
An Nuan sent a few question marks to her friend.
She glanced at Lin Xiao Feng and tried to read his emotions.
The man was concentrating on his driving. An Nuan did not think that Lin Xiao Feng seemed angry.
"It might be your imagination. He's not angry."
"Really? Then, why did he keep frowning?"
An Nuan glanced at Lin Xiao Feng and thought that this man seemed to be in a good mood. The frown that Ren Di mentioned was nowhere to be seen.
An Nuan figured that Ren Di was imagining things.
