Yuqin was stuck in an abandoned building, her eyes were covered by a black cloth. As she sat on a wooden chair, she heard people talking on her left and on the right, she could hear the sound of waterfall. She doesn't remember if Bashariq even had a waterfall to begin with. Where was she, she thought about the possibility but she gave up guessing at the end. She stayed quiet without making a sound while trying to cut the rope with a piece of glass.
She heard footsteps coming near her and she stopped for a second. A male with a deep voice spoke to her, "I don't want to kill you but your fiance killed my brother. I want to see him suffer just like me." Yuqin replied, "If your brother was alive, what would he say about the current situation?" The man raised his voice and yelled, "You don't get to say a word about him!" He placed a small knife on her pale neck and she didn't dare to make another move.
Just then, Yuqin heard police siren near the area. She smiled to herself and felt relieve. It must be Han Rong and his team, she thought. Just as she was about to cut the rope around her wrists, another man yelled, "Nathan! The police are coming! We have to go!"
"Darn it." Nathan muttered to himself then looked at Yuqin, who was still blindfolded. Nathan asked Yuqin to stand up and go with them.
"Nathan, do you have a death wish? Why are you bringing her? We have to leave! Leave her alone!" One of the man yelled at him but Nathan was stubborn.
"I'm bringing her so she can die with us. I want to see Officer Han suffer. He killed my brother and I can't wait to see his face once his love dies in front of him." Nathan snickered and looked at Yuqin, "I remembered you when we were at the police station back in China. Officer Han must've treasured you a lot, right? Today won't be his lucky day. It will be his downfall." Yuqin didn't say a word, she focused on deep breathing and remained calm. She wouldn't allow herself to stress out since she was pregnant with Han Rong's child. She had to remain strong for him and for their child.
As they went out, Nathan and the others came face to face with Han Rong and several other officers from the SWAT and military. Han Rong's face immediately went to Yuqin, who was blindfolded, he clenched his fist. One of the SWAT officers came in front and spoke in a clear voice, "Nathan, is your name. Right? Drop the weapon so we can talk."
"No! You don't understand! I have to avenge my brother! She needs to die!" Nathan yelled again while placing his knife on Yuqin's neck.
"I understand you are upset that your brother passed away several years ago. I know you are still grieving but if you killed her, you will become a murderer. Would your brother be happy if he sees this? No, right? So, Nathan. Please cooperate with us. Drop your weapon and release her. We don't want to kill anyone today." The SWAT officer secretly signaled another three SWAT officers to stop the kidnappers from the back. Han Rong couldn't do anything but watch. His emotions would get in the way so he asked one of his close teammates to lead.
"Officer Han Rong!" Nathan yelled out loud, "You killed my brother several years ago so today, I'll let taste the same medicine!" Just as he was about to injure Yuqin, one of the SWAT officers managed to stop the attack. Nathan resisted the officer and Yuqin quickly got rid of the rope that was tied around her wrists.
Han Rong got to her just in time as the SWAT officers captured the kidnappers. Thankfully, nothing major happened. Han Rong hugged Yuqin tightly as if he was going to lose her. She hugged back while closed her eyes.
"Han Rong, I knew you'd come." She whispered to him and he nodded, "I'll be able to find you no matter where you are." He looked at her intensely then slowly kissed her while he shed tears.

Yuqin wasn't able to join Sam and her other team members so Han Rong brought her to his place. It was a residential building for the SWAT team members. Yuqin settled down at his place then texted Meiling to say she was alright. Meiling replied that her luggage and personal belongings were checked in so she told Yuqin to pick it up from her place after she goes back.
That night, Yuqin spent the whole night with Han Rong without doing anything. They cuddled up inside a warm blanket. Han Rong turned down the temperature using a remote control.
"Are you cold?" He asked her as she was dozing off. She shook her head as she clung onto Han Rong's grey T-Shirt. He cuddled up with her as well and he gently kissed her forehead.
"Yuqin, thank goodness you're safe. I will not forgive myself if something happened to you." He said in a low and quiet voice.
Yuqin slowly opened her eyes again and replied, " I'm safe, aren't I?" She smiled at him and continued to snuggle up.
"Han Rong."
"Yes?"
"Do you want to guess whether it's a boy or girl?" Yuqin asked she gently caressed her belly.
"As long as it's a healthy baby, I'm fine with either. If it's a boy, I'll teach him martial arts. If it's a girl, I'll teach her how to protect herself." He looked at Yuqin and grinned.
"Once an officer, always an officer." Yuqin teased him. Han Rong suddenly kissed her but Yuqin willingly reciprocated.
"Yuqin."
"Hm?"
"Do you know how much I love you?" Han Rong asked her in a soothing and deep voice.
"How much?" She asked.
"Too much."
