-Haruka POV-
"Right, we're outside work. It made me remember the first time I touched you. You told me I couldn't touch you because we were at work. So, can I now?" Levi said that bluntly, which made me shocked and look at him.
"What are you saying? You do realise we're not the only ones here, right?" I said to him with a glare and kept my distance from him.
"Then, can I touch you if there's only us here?" He said that while making his steps towards me.
"You, don't you dare do something to me." I spoke while stepping backwards.
"Pfft. Hahaha. You're funny, Haruka. Don't worry. I won't touch you unless you give me permission to do so. Until then, I won't touch you. I promise. So, I just need to call the others, right? Roger that." He said that and left. Seriously, he just said that and left? He's really a jerk.
"He seems to really like you." Aiden suddenly spoke. He put the bowl with pasta on the table. When did he even come here?
"He's just playing around. That's just how he is. He used to be a playboy. You must have heard a lot of scandals about him too." I replied with an uninterested voice.
"But it's been a while since I heard one. And you too. He's a famous person even in the US, you see." Aiden keeps talking.
"He's just too busy lately, so that's why. There's a lot of things to do at work these days." I said, not trying to deny Aiden's words actually. But it's true, we've been much more busy these days.
"Wow, it's Aiden's pasta for tonight's dinner!" Hanabi said it with joy. She just arrived with the others, including Levi. Great timing, Hanabi.
"Take your seat and eat. It's late already. That's because you insist on playing all the games this evening." I said that to Hanabi while rolling my eyes.
"I didn't expect we would end up playing everything. You should blame Levi for being good at everything." Hanabi replied with a pout. She's right. It might be Levi's fault, but actually it's not. He's just being himself. He is an ideal and talented man.
"That's not my fault for being good at everything. I was born with it. So, since we won, don't forget to grant our wish." Levi said that with a smirk. He's enjoying this.
"Ugh. What is it that you want?" Hanabi said while sighing.
"I should ask my teammate about that." Levi replied, then looked at me and Aiden.
"I don't really mind about it, sir. You can say anything you want." Aiden replied to Levi.
"Then, what about you, Haruka?" He asked me with a smile.
"Anything would be fine since I'm not the one who will be granting the wish." I said that, avoiding his eyes.
"Alright, then. I'll tell you later, Hanabi. For now, let's just eat first." He said that, and just like that, we started eating. It's like he's giving us the orders here, but I don't really mind that.
-15 minutes later-
"Ne, onii-chan. I looked over your fridge earlier. There's matcha and cake. You don't want to serve them for us?" Hanabi asked with a grin, and I know even if I say no, she's still going to eat. Actually, I almost forgot about the dessert we made.
"Right. I almost forgot about that, too. We spend our time making them, of course we should eat them together." Levi suddenly spoke. This guy really couldn't be quiet for a moment, could he?
"Wait, you guys made them? I seriously thought onii-chan bought them!" Hanabi half yelled, feeling excited.
"Who would sell the matcha tiramisu in a wine glass, you idiot? Of course we made them." I flicked her forehead. Mattaku. I even asked Levi to make it in the wine glasses because I wanted to eat them little by little.
"When you say 'we', does that mean you make them together?" Hanabi asked again while grinning. I believe Levi had already mentioned that earlier.
"Levi made matcha tiramisu, and I made German black forest cake." I replied lazily.
"German black forest cake. So that's why you asked me what Levi's favourite dessert is, the other day." Lauren suddenly spoke. I look at her with a shocked face. I shouldn't have said the cake name. And why does she have to speak a lot today?
"I'm sorry, Mr. Auclair. Shouldn't I say that?" She asked me that. I guess after looking at my shocked face. I should've told her not to mention it in front of Levi.
"So, the truth is, you did ask Lauren about that?" Levi inquired, staring straight into my eyes.
"You're right. I did ask Lauren. After all, you did ask Hanabi about what I like too." I said that with a glare and made my steps towards the fridge to bring out the dessert.
"Tch. You're a stubborn one, aren't you? Let me help you with that." He said and then came to help me bring out the dessert on the table.
"Woah, they look yummy." Hanabi said it with her sparkling blue eyes.
"Why don't you go grab the spoons for us to eat? Since Aiden already got the plate for us." I said that to Hanabi. I have to make her do some work, too.
"Alright, then." He replied with a pout and went to the cabinet to take the teaspoon to eat the dessert. Surprisingly, she knew where to find them despite her being here for the first time. Well, I guess she just knows how I arrange my things at home.
"Then, itadakimasu!" Hanabi feeds the dessert into her mouth after she's done with her job, giving the teaspoon to everyone. This kid really can't wait when it comes to dessert.
"This is really delicious. Are you sure you made this yourself, Levi?" Hanabi asked with a full mouth. This kid, people called her a princess in public, but she actually doesn't act like one when at home. Not to mention her crazy behaviour too. Far from princess-like.
"Are you doubting my abilities, Miss Charlotte? You can ask your brother or Aiden here." Levi said with a serious voice.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Levi Ackerman. I don't doubt your abilities, because I've seen enough of them already. I'm just asking, and I'll keep eating your delicious dessert quietly." Hanabi said that with a polite voice, or should I say she's just playing around.
"Good to hear that. Please enjoy your meal, Miss Charlotte. There's still a lot." And Levi seems to just play along with Hanabi's vibe.
"Stop playing around and just eat both of you. Everyone is eating quietly." I said, trying to hold back my annoyed face.
"Sorry, I'm just trying to play along. Well then, let me have a taste of my favourite." Levi said that with a smile and then tried to cut the cake, but then...
"Well, it looks like I'm not really good at cutting it. Can you please help me, Haruka?" Levi said it, avoiding my eyes. I guess he's embarrassed right now in front of the others.
"Sigh. You made that delicious tiramisu, but you couldn't even cut the cake correctly. Give me the knife." I took the knife from him, then cut the cake.
"Thank you, Haru-chan." He said that with a grin while taking a slice of the cake onto his plate.
"Don't call me like that and just eat." I'm not in the mood to argue with him right now. Not in front of the others.
"Alright, Haru-chan." He said that and began to eat. Ugh. I don't care anymore.
//SKIP//
"It's movie time!" Hanabi shouted excitedly while carrying the popcorn.
"Seriously, you've ordered three sets of popcorn and golden horn. We just had dinner a while ago. Aren't you full yet?" I asked her while pinching my head. This kid sometimes gives me an unnecessary headache.
"But the movie isn't fun without popcorn, you know." Hanabi protested, and I knew it, but I'm full already.
"Hai. Hai. So, what movie are we going to watch?" I asked, trying to change the topic.
"I forgot the title, but it's a horror movie. Lauren suggested that one earlier." Harry suddenly spoke, answering my question. Horror movies?
"Aren't there any other movies other than horror?" I asked. Actually, I don't really like horrors.
"Why is it? Are you scared?" Levi looks at me with his mischievous smile.
"Who said I'm scared? I'm not. Fine then. I don't mind. Any movie is fine for me." I said that and got myself inside the theatre and then took a seat at the back. The twin seat. I'm not in the mood to sit in front. A moment later, someone took a seat beside me. It's Levi. I assumed it would be Hanabi.
"Why are you sitting here?" As soon as he put the popcorn and drink on the table, I asked him.
"What? Everyone got their own pair. Hanabi and Aiden, Lauren and Harry. So, I'll be sitting here with you. Since you might be scared, you shouldn't sit here alone." He said that with a smirk. This guy seems to enjoy making fun of me.
"I said I'm not scared. Ugh. Just sit wherever you want. I don't care anymore." I said that and just ignored him. A moment later, the movie started.
It's been 10 minutes since the movie started. Luckily, there's no scary scene yet. I look at Levi through the corner of my eyes, and he appears to be focused on the movie. I guess horror is one of the genres he prefers.
"Arghh!!!" Hanabi's yell made me startled.
"Hanabi, don't shout like that!" I scolded her. Of course, I don't like it.
"Hahaha. Gomen, gomen (sorry, sorry)." She laughed. She did that on purpose despite knowing that I don't like it.
"Ahem. Haruka, to be honest, I love this kind of situation, but I think I should ask you just in case. Are you really going to hide your face in my chest until the movie is finished?"
