Chapter 42 - Time to Punch The Ticket.

Forgot i had to write this one too

David sipped his coffee as the results of the gacha roll displayed themselves on the streamer system interface.

The screen flashed one by one until all ten results were laid out before him:

———————

Roll 1: Ultimate Pen (changes color depending on your mood)

Roll 2: Copy of One Piece signed by Oda

Roll 3: Pot of Ink

Roll 4: Canned Red Bean Soup (1000 units)

Roll 5: Apparatus of Photoelectric Current Experiment

Roll 6: Rotten Tree (tree makes rotten fruit)

Roll 7: Healing Crates

Roll 8: Kevin 11's Car

Roll 9: Ship (Galvanic Mechamorph)

Roll 10: Neuralink (complete version from the future)

———————

David just stared at the screen, his coffee hovering halfway to his mouth.

He blinked a couple of times as his brain tried to process the sheer randomness of the rewards and not being unlucky two times in a row.

"Ultimate Pen? Healing Crates? A... tree that makes rotten fruit?" He rubbed his eyes, then smirked, shaking his head.

The Neuralink caught his attention though.

Not enough though as his most precious roll in this was ship, the cute galvanic mechmorph which worked as an emergency ship.

The idea of bonding with him felt the same as venom and humans as to ship he might as well be the same thing due to the Cybertronian physique.

"I should probably focus on this later..." he thought.

A quiet chuckle escaped his lips as he stared at the absurdity of the rewards list.

"Well... that's the worst civilization for you."

---

David quietly slipped out of bed, careful not to disturb Kaede as she slept soundly.

He sat down on the sofa , quite excited.

With a deep breath, he extended his hand and summoned Ship.

The air shimmered for a moment before the small Galvanic Mechamorph materialized in front of him.

Its familiar, cute "Ship, ship!" voice greeted him, echoing both through the air and in his mind via a technopathic signal.

David's lips curled into a smile as the signal resonated with his own thoughts—an instinctive connection he'd developed thanks to his half-Cybertronian physiology.

He could feel the excitement radiating from Ship, almost like a happy pet that had been waiting to be called.

The mechamorph hopped onto the couch beside him, its liquid-like form shifting as it settled into a comfortable shape.

"Good to see you too, buddy," David murmured quietly, his fingers gently brushing against Ship's sleek surface.

He could sense Ship's thoughts through the technopathic signals—curiosity about their surroundings.

David touched Ship again this time though he let the energy of his spark run through his hand, a surge of energy enveloped him.

He was absorbed into the mechamorph, glowing green taroos forming on his body as the two species fit each other like missing piece of a puzzle.

His half-Cybertronian physiology harmonized with Ship's essence, and he felt a rush in his mind.

When he opened his eyes, he felt different—enhanced.

The green tatoos pulsed on his skin, a mark of their partnership.

"Alright, let's see what we can do together," he said, excitement building.

---

Just as David was about to drift off to sleep after playing around with Ship's versatility, a familiar notification pinged in his mind.

His eyes snapped open, to the system congratulating him.

———————

Congratulations!

Your channel has surpassed 100,000 Subscribers!

Reward:

2000 Quartz Crystals

———————

David lay there for a moment, staring at the floating system screen.

He hadn't expected to hit the milestone so soon, and the Quartz reward was a nice unexpected bonus.

Just as David was about to go to sleep again after the system rudely interrupted him.

———————

Additional Quest Issued!

Quest: Reach 100,000 Subscribers on a new channel without using your current fame or identity. A new endeavor where you must rely on pure content alone diverging from the old path.

Reward:

Title: Content Farmer

Boosts rewards for quests involving content creation outside streaming.

Trait: [Death of Old Age]

All attempts to kill you, other than through aging, will extend your lifespan and prove futile.

———————

David blinked, surprised at the quests condition.

A new channel, built from scratch, without leveraging any of the fame he had amassed on his current one.

It was a challenge that required him to operate completely differently, a true test of skill and creativity.

The rewards, though, were something else.

The Content Farmer title alone could be a game-changer, amplifying his gains from future milestone rewards not directly related to streaming.

But the Trait—[Death of Old Age]—that was next level.

Immortality of sorts, where any attempt on his life would only prolong his life.

Even though he was already immortal, David was one to believe in the wise teachings of the wukong.

All sorts of Immortality must be stacked to its limits.

Though it seems the system wasn't finished as it flashed again this time probably the Ai in it addressing me.

It was easy to see that the system had some sort of intelligence and some sort of standard results.

Like when awards and quests are issued it is standard but when it talks to him normally its like talking to a human though not very empathetic.

———————

To maximize efficiency and increase the chances of success, use the Multiversal Streamer tag in your inventory to fulfill this quest.

The unique nature of another world will make it far easier and more viable to achieve your new beginning.

———————

David sat up straight, rubbing his chin as he recalled the tag which the system itself had advised not to use before.

"That... makes sense," he muttered, staring at the notification.

If he were to try and build an anonymous channel in his own world, it would take a lot of effort to avoid people recognizing him.

But in another world? He could start fresh, with no connections, no fame, and an entirely new audience.

The system was right.

It would be far more viable there.

And who was he to go against that meaningful advice.

"Looks like it's time to punch my ticket out of here." He grinned slightly, already feeling a rush of excitement at the challenge.

He opened the system inventory, his fingers hovering over the option to use the tag.

"Let's see , how this works."
