Gaibe's Point Of View
*Knock... Knock... Knock...*
"Good Afternoon, Master Gaibe. The Monarch is waiting in the parlor room. I, Jaymehsyn, will guide you." The dutiful Butler of The Palace said.
I followed him through the foyer and down the long winding hallway until we reached two large black and silver doors. I had been here a few times now, but it never seemed to get easier. Zachariah wasn't a violent man by nature, but his men and stout followers allowed for little error when speaking to him. It was very likely one would lose their life just by accidentally offending him.
Once he opened the door, I stepped through with my two men and proceeded to my seat. There were roughly 30 men posted around the room that belonged to Zachariah, and just seeing them standing along the walls unmoving was as unnerving as it could get.
"Ah! Gaibe is here!" Xander said.
