I was currently logged into the city's CCTV cameras. I had access to every camera. I could even hack other cities. It was all courtesy of Sylvester's right hand man, Santiago. He had recovered several black boxes from somewhere he wouldn't tell me. He wasn't sure what they were or how to use them so they just collected dust in a warehouse.
