Ferdinand's Point Of View
I was jealous, and it was getting increasingly worse the longer the day dragged on. Synnahmen hadn't left Tristan's side since we came home. They toured the house together, scheduled days to swim together, they ate lunch together, and even bathed together.
I was beginning to feel like an NPC in my own game of life, and I knew I wasn't the only one. Tristan was currently reading in my library with Synnahmen, Ezekihel, and the kids, it was adorable and peaceful. Tristan was teaching Synnahmen and Ezekihel the words, Sable was sketching pictures, and they all seemed to be having fun.
But the 6 Alphas standing in the background were slowly losing their patience. I looked over at Bellamy, who was glaring daggers at Sylvester.
"Seriously, Syl... Do something!" Bellamy whispered harshly.
"Why do I have to be the one to sacrifice myself? I don't want him mad at me!?" Sylvester asked.
