Hina frowned, "Then why call him a comrade-in-arms? It seems too soon to decide."
Finn shrugged, "He'll pass the final assessment, no doubt about it."
As soon as he said that, the three Admirals looked at each other, bewildered. What does he mean, 'definitely'? The final assessment is supposed to be a tough challenge, and only an Admiral is qualified to pass judgment!

"Marshal, that's Yixiao," Hina said, leading the way.

Finn smiled back, "Impressive! You've proven your worth by standing out from the crowd. Are you ready for the final assessment?"
Yixiao hesitated, sensing Finn's young voice. "Excuse me, but who is this young man?"
Yixiao, being blind, couldn't see Finn's face and wasn't aware of the new Marine Marshal. He assumed that someone lower-ranking had been sent to assess him.
But then, one of the officers whispered to him, "This is Marshal Finn, the new Marine leader."
Yixiao froze, clearly confused. "Marshal Finn?" he muttered, disbelief evident in his voice. "I thought the Marine Marshal was Sengoku."
The officer quickly explained, "After Marshal Sengoku retired, Marshal Finn took over. He's only 20 years old."
"20?!" Yixiao's shock was palpable. "How can a 20-year-old be the Marshal of Marine? Doesn't the Marshal need to have Admiral-level strength? This must be a joke."
The officer smiled, trying to reassure him. "I assure you, Marshal Finn is far stronger than any Admiral."
Yixiao turned to Finn. "Is it true, Marshal Finn? Are you truly stronger than an Admiral?"
Finn gave a calm nod. "Yes, Mr. Yixiao. Do you have any doubts?"

He then had an idea. "Since the final assessment is conducted by an Admiral, I was wondering if I could ask you to be my examiner?"
Before Finn could respond, he quickly shook his head. "No."
Yixiao was taken aback. "Wait, what? You didn't even let me finish my request!"
Finn smiled knowingly. "I know what you were going to say. You want me to be your examiner."
Yixiao laughed awkwardly. "Yes, Marshal Finn. Please, consider it!"
Finn shook his head, his expression serious. "No, I can't fight you."
Yixiao was taken aback. "But you're the Marine Marshal, and you're young—surely you're at the peak of your combat power! Why not accept my challenge?"
Finn's eyes flickered. "Mr. Yixiao, you see, the truth is, I could kill you in an instant if I chose to fight."
A stunned silence fell over the room.
