Everyone, I apologize for the lack of a chapter this week. I'll try to release one on Sunday evening, French time. I've had some personal issues this week and also need to plan the next part of the story. I don't want to rush things and end up with a sloppy result. I also had a lot of ideas for how Max can get stronger, and I need to figure out how his actions will impact the original story, etc.
In short, there's a lot of work, but I promise I won't abandon this fanfic, even if the pace has to slow down. I'll aim to post at least one chapter per week while making sure to build up a backlog of chapters in advance. Have a great weekend!
