Lyse was admiring the flowers which were blooming in the garden, her focus momentarily diverted from her own troubles, when she noticed a familiar car drive into the compound and an equally familiar figure step out of the car and step into the building. Her breath hitched in her throat as she recognized who it was, It was the most unexpected guest, it was Levi.
A wave of irritation washed over her, quickly followed by a surge of anger. What was he doing here? Had she not made it clear that she wanted nothing to do with him? His audacity was infuriating. She quickly made her way inside and waited.
She watched as he approached, her arms crossed tightly across her chest, her expression hardening. She was prepared to give him a piece of her mind, to demand that he leave her alone.
"Why are you here Levi?" She asked in hushed tones, her expression irritated. "I told you that this thing between us…" She gestured to the both of them, "is over."
