Lathan awoke, lying weak on the cold floor. His mind was still hazy, but he sensed something different. He tried to get up, but his body felt heavy and exhausted. As he moved, he felt a power flowing within him, stronger than before. Lathan searched his soul, trying to understand what had happened.
Suddenly, he was confronted with a harsh truth: he had died. His body had been destroyed by the monster that attacked him and his friends in the world they inhabited. An unbearable pain struck him as those memories flooded his mind. Lathan felt deep sadness and loss; he missed his friends who had died alongside him.
However, Lathan didn't feel fear or sorrow, only relief that all the pain and suffering had ended. The death he thought would be terrifying had brought him the peace he needed. Yet, the sadness and profound sense of loss were inevitable.
Then, a ding sound echoed, notifying him of a system error. Lathan felt confused and scared. How could he be alive again after dying? Another ding sound told him that he had been revived. Lathan was bewildered by the gift he received: he had been given a second chance at life, but he would have to relive the days leading up to his death.
Lathan felt anxious, afraid of facing the monster that had killed him and his friends. He feared experiencing the same pain and loss again. But within himself, Lathan sensed a new power growing stronger. He was determined to make the most of this second chance. This newfound strength made him feel braver and more prepared to face the challenges ahead.
Although he still felt sadness and loss, Lathan was driven to continue living and seek answers to the mystery of his death and that of his friends.
Lathan kept pondering the meaning of those words and felt the power within him growing stronger, more immense than ever before. He was astonished by his newfound strength, then Lathan realized he had gained a new skill: Overlimit.
His once-weakened body began to feel rejuvenated, the power within him increasing, and he felt as though nothing could stop him. Lathan felt grateful and ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
However, the ding sound returned, informing him of another system error. Lathan felt fear and confusion—was this a punishment or a gift? And without warning, he awoke once more, on the morning before his first death occurred.
Lathan continued to grapple with the confusion—was this reality, or just a nightmare? But the Overlimit power inside him reassured him that this was real.
He decided to use this opportunity to make the world he lived in a better place. Lathan realized that his life now held deeper meaning, that he had been given a second chance to make a difference in this world. He promised himself that he would use his power wisely and do everything he could to save his friends and prevent the monsters from attacking again.
Lathan stood up, feeling stronger than ever, ready to face whatever obstacles lay ahead. He knew that every day he lived now was incredibly precious, and he wouldn't waste the chance he had been given.
