"You bitch!" a harsh bang came from a table as a guy angrily shouted at a blond girl. The group stayed silent as the blond girl, Anna, bit her lower lip in stubbornness while her eyes glistened with unshed tears. She hastily stood up and retorted back.
"How could you accuse me that I cheated on him? Have evidence? Stop growing crops, claiming it will win first place!"
"Of course I have proof? Slut your way in darkness but play Barbie in light. That's right, I recorded everything you've exchanged with that guy last week."
Anna looked at him in disbelief, wanting to make a scene to sob dramatically but chose not to embarrass herself further.
Brian huffed in frustration as he looked down at his best pal since childhood, his said pal sorrowful state looking further disappointed the more his now 'ex' tried to plead herself innocent. Let's call him 'Leader' since I have no idea what his name is nor how this drama escalated. Hey there, I'm the gremlin telling the dream, well... My dream to say.
I seem to play as one of the guys in this particular group, which had an awkward downfall. It seems that the most adored, cherished beautiful blond Barbie girl named Anna, has recently been cheating on our group leader, her former boyfriend. That's the gist I've seen when I got here. I love how my dreams can be so random but also very entertaining haha. I knew everything was a dream, but I decided not to wake up just yet. Our other pal here, let's call him Camera Guy, CG. He records everything this friend group does and he, of course, took the most amusing part of it and I WANTED this footage!
I knew I needed to go home, but I didn't know why. All I knew was that I needed that footage so I could go home to show my nieces. That's what I've been telling myself, so I wanted to- Woah!
A plate came flying past my head as both Brian and Anna's argument reached a dangerous climate.
"Ha, jokes on who? I know my self-worth would go down the drain for being this shameless!"
Brian exclaimed, holding up his phone for all eyes to see as a certain 'explicit' video played loudly, making the people in the room feel quickly uncomfortable. Anna immediately made her way to snatch the phone out of his hand but Brian shoved her away in disgust. As for me, who played the side character, didn't know which character I played, was enjoying this show a little too much I might say haha. I need popcorn!
I calmed down a smirk that was making its way on my face but tilted my head to the side awkwardly when I spotted Leader looking at me. His gaze lingered longer than it should have. Eh? Quit you stop staring, my neck kinda hurts... Since the whole fight that has been going on, Leader thought it would be better to stare at me than take a picture. Ugh...
I turned to look fully at him to ask if there was something on my face when he turn to look down slowly with furrowed brows. I looked down where his eyes took an interest. A wrinkled napkin he scribbled on earlier? What was more confusing was that it had 'Dumb Smile' written on it. I look at him curiously. Now what's up? Before my lips moved, the whole group stood up and moved to leave the table, and all I could do was follow along.
I look back at Anna, who went to sit back down at her spot and refused to move. I curiously looked at Leader as he seemed to be a bit too calm from all of this. Makes you think he knew what she had been up to all this time behind his back. But my eyes were more focused on CG, his hand still holding his camera with the recording light flashing with beauty. My eyes widen with interest.
I want those recordings!
I stood next to CG the whole walkout, annoying him into sending over those recordings.
"Okay okay! However, you would require a lot of space for these to transfer over, all are very high quality, you catch my drift?"
"Yes yes yes, just gimme gimme!"
I bumped into his shoulders repeatedly so I could go home already. Even if I knew I was dreaming, it never occurred to me that I could never get theses clips in real life, but I guess I was too into character to care. Once we were all outside, we all waited for Leader, who was the last to come out, so we could drive to our next stop. However, before we all got a move on, Anna came running back to us, shouting with a harsh demanding tone towards Leader.
"Do you expect me to pay for all our meals? How shameless can you be to let a white flower such as myself pay for it!? Are you even human?"
Brit, Anna's best friend, stomped towards her and slapped her. Not too harsh but not lightly either. I tried to suppress my smirk from being known. Drama people! Haha.
"Coming from the person who doesn't know the meaning of shameless, it's too painful to leave you unchecked with reality."
Brit glared at her former best friend one last time before catching up with us. She is one confusing girl to me, so I didn't bother to comment on her actions. Brian grumbled for stupidly parking far away as we made a detour around the no-touching-the-grass property. Once halfway, we saw on the side of the road that a gymnastic game was being held for the little kiddos as the judges were marking for their excellency.
However, Brian's grumbling became more inappropriately self-loose once we saw Anna running at our direction again. Of course, I instantly looked in Leader's direction, but he paid no mind to Anna and continued to look at the kiddo's show.
Of course, I paid more earnest attention. Who could skip the drama that would occur beautifully? But I was instantly disappointed when she ran past us and towards the gymnastics show, which left us all dumbfounded. She immediately started her antics and threw off the kiddo's show by showing off her impressive stunts of her own. Her big breasts were almost ready to burst out of her tight-fitted top, swaying her curvy hips from side to side as she stared innocently at our direction. Was it to ruin the sight that Leader took an interest in? But I stayed quiet and watched at the side. Her former friend, Brit looked at her in awe and somewhat had a regretful expression on her face. Once Anna had pleasurable fun by ruining the show for the little ones, she looked in Leader's direction and winked before walking off. Brit finally got a fuel of courage and ran up to Anna.
"Anna! Wait for me."
See? Confusing girl...
It seems like the group was not too surprised by her change of character and continued to walk to the van without her. I smirked secretly. I wish to see the dark side of their friendship. I suddenly looked back when I felt a harsh glare at my backside. My gaze turned left and right till it landed on Leader, who looked pretty much indifferent. I turned away from his gaze and shrugged.
Was it my imagination?
