SFX *Metal hitting noises*
"Where am I..." Sean mumbles in a confused state
Surprised Tsalisa turns back and says "Didn't expect you to wake up now, we are in a workshop under my home.
Puzzled Sean asks "I was walking with you just now in an alleyway did I faint there?"
"Your mind couldn't handle so many things going on in such a short moment and had too much pressure processing everything." Said Tsalisa calmly while she brings breakfast for Sean.
"Ah thank you, By the way wont the police find us here?"
"We are far away from the city and the trees surrounding the home keep us unnoticed and if we need, we could get to the city by the bikes in the garage." Says Tsalisa
As Sean looks up to Tsalisa he then asks "So, from today I will be living with you?"
"Do you hate living with a woman who you just met and who also killed your father wondering what she would do to a child who is all alone in a place where no one comes by?"
Sean then looks at the window "My parents don't mean much to me to begin with and I don't have any hate towards you or anything like that."
"Oh, you look so young, yet you speak like a grown up that's interesting, anyways you sleep and have rest till I come back do not push yourself." Says Tsalisa as she laughs at Sean's words.
"Alright."
As she left me in a place where I don't even know and disappeared, I just slept till it the sunset and I suddenly saw my parents have dinner in and I'm sitting with them like a normal day and a normal family suddenly they turned into something cursed and tried to kill me.
Sean then wakes up suddenly and trembles in fear "AHHHHH...Wait what, that was a dream? I forgot my life changed so much in such a short time."
I woke up from a nightmare and found out that I slept till evening, and no one was in home it's just me all alone in a new home that in some forest that I don't know of.
"I thought she would come back in few hours but its already this late, I have not eaten since morning let's see if I can find anything to eat."
As I make my way to the kitchen, I see some files with some news paper cutouts had fallen on the floor and due to my curiosity, I did pick it up and go through it.
Curious Sean then proceeds to read the contents of the paper and look at the pictures on the newspaper
"November 15th 2014? Woah this is a 10 years old newspaper what's this doing here?"
Sean then proceeds to read the contents because he wanted to know what's inside the paper from 2014.
"Case Opened: Murder of a family taken place in the central city but a child from the family was nowhere to be found and the parents had been murdered, the uncle of child also had went missing together on the same day the murder had taken place, the suspect was probably the uncle."
"December 24th 2014, Case Closed: The uncle who had went missing on the same day of murder was found dead hanging on a tree in the same area where he went missing few months ago with his limbs and ribs severely damaged. With no further leads for the case and the suspect being dead this case was closed till they found th-"
As Tsalisa enters home she caught Sean reading the newspaper from the files she had kept and in a panic she rushed in to take away the paper from his hand.
"Looks like I forgot to tell you to not go through some files here." Says Tsalisa as she takes away those files from Sean's hand and not letting him read any further stopping him.
"Sorry it was on the ground so and I picked it up but was really curious to see what it was, by the way do we have food in this home?" Sean asks Tsalisa
"I can cook, mind helping me with cutting?" Tsalisa requests Sean
"Sure, let me help."
The topic suddenly changed due to Sean being hungry he didn't bother to question why she took away the papers suddenly and Tsalisa then takes those files never to be seen lying on the table again.
It soon became nighttime as we start to cook while I was with her, I had really forgotten all the recent events that happened and just enjoyed the moment I was in.
"It seems like you really don't have any experience in the kitchen you are really cutting it sloppily, here let me teach you." Tsalisa then comes close to Sean and holds his hands from behind.
She suddenly held my hand and skillfully removed all the bones from meat as if she had too much experience with these.
"There it's done you need to use the correct knife for these and carefully work with the meat."
Surprised Sean then says "Oh wow you really are good with cooking and this stuff."
"Thanks, I first started learning this stuff thanks to my parents."
Curious Sean Asks Tsalisa "Where are they now?"
"They were killed."
"I see..."
"Anyways let's eat and go to sleep it's already night." Said Tsalisa as she turned off the lights and heads towards the bed.
"Ok." Replied Sean
After eating we both went to sleep, even though I was in a unknown place and being so careless without thinking about anything I really didn't care about anything and just let myself relax.
In the midnight Tsalisa asks "Are you asleep?"
Sean in a sleepy state replies back "No."
"Would you also like to kill those monsters with me from tomorrow?"
"Why should we take the initiative and kill those monsters if we end up being called as criminals."
"Because it's fun and we can get paid by selling stuff we get from them." Says Tsalisa
That's the last line I heard before sleeping and forgetting about it.
