Chapter 203 - Chapter 203: Steve and Banner Join the Void

"Endless applications?"

"What kind of applications?"

Banner leaned in, curious as he scrutinized the Void energy in Tony's hand. With his background in science and technology, he was eager to explore this unknown power.

"It can allow one to fly, traverse vast distances instantly—thousands to tens of thousands of light-years in a single step," Tony explained. "It can enhance one's physical body, enabling it to withstand the rigors of space. It can also be used as a weapon, launched outward."

As Tony spoke, he flicked his wrist, and the Void energy shot out, transforming into a small purple sun that ascended into the sky. When it reached a height of a hundred meters, it erupted in a brilliant explosion.

"Flying isn't difficult; traversing space is a more advanced application," he continued. "Harvey refers to this as Void magic, which encompasses everything I just mentioned and even more abilities I don't fully comprehend. I've only been with the Void for a short time, so my understanding and use of Void energy are still quite basic."

"I can manage to enhance my Iron Man suit, fire it as a weapon, and fly, but even flying takes practice," Tony said, slowly lifting himself into the air, surrounded by a faint purple glow. Although Kyle had taught him, he hadn't had time to master it yet. However, he found floating to be within his capabilities.

While he explained the potential of Void energy, Tony knew he couldn't teach Steve and Banner how to use it right away. The rules established by Sonia meant they would have to wait a year after joining before receiving proper training.

This year-long boundary was likely intended to give new members time to evolve. After all, haste would only lead to mistakes.

Steve and Banner were both astonished at Tony's demonstration.

"Is there no cost to gaining such blessings and power?" Steve suddenly asked.

"The primary cost is the need to consume vast amounts of food daily," Tony replied. "But that's just the surface. The real challenge lies in maintaining your true self."

"You must manage the increasing desires that come with newfound power to avoid descending into a creature driven solely by hunger for more strength."

"The Void Church doesn't impose strict rules; simply put, you cannot consume living beings or your kin."

"Yet, compared to the immense power you will gain, these costs and regulations are trivial," Tony concluded, settling back onto a sun lounger.

"What happens if someone breaks those rules and becomes a monster?" Steve pressed, wanting to clarify the consequences.

"If someone violates the rules, they will face the wrath of all members of the Void Church."

"In extreme cases, Harvey himself may intervene. It would be a situation of having nowhere to run or hide."

"Once captured, they would be brought before the Church's tribunal, where Harvey would personally administer divine punishment."

Tony explained these points, knowing they were common knowledge in the Void Church, but he wanted to ensure Steve and Banner were well-informed.

"If I become significantly stronger, will Hulk's power also increase?"

Banner asked, contemplating the implications.

"Honestly, I'm not entirely sure," Tony admitted. "Transformation powers are relatively rare. At least when I left the Void Island over a year ago, I didn't encounter anyone with transformation abilities."

"However, the stronger your base power, the more your body can handle. So, in theory, when you transform, you should become even stronger."

Banner absorbed Tony's words and made a mental note of this potential.

"I see. So how can we receive Harvey's blessings?"

Steve asked, thinking over what he had heard.

"Simply present your most sincere heart, believe in the great Void, and revere Harvey's might. If you genuinely hope to receive blessings from the Void, it will respond," Tony explained straightforwardly.

Steve and Banner exchanged glances, both ready to follow Tony's instructions.

Meanwhile, on the other side, Harvey received the request from Steve Rogers and Bruce Banner to learn more about the Void.

Without hesitation, he agreed.

Steve transferred fifty thousand Void points, which was half of what Tony had contributed. This was already a significant sum.

Banner, on the other hand, provided a whopping one million Void points, showcasing the incredible power of the Hulk.

This boosted Harvey's Void energy to eight hundred seventy-four thousand points.

Soon, he would reach ten million Void points, granting him another opportunity to select a hero template.

On Tony Stark's private island, the purple Void energy enveloped Steve Rogers and Bruce Banner.

Both men witnessed the breathtaking and awe-inspiring aspects of the Void, alongside terrifying figures that resembled gods.

As they accepted the transformation, their appearances did not change dramatically.

But Tony knew that with their addition to the Void, he now had two new allies who spoke the same language.

Once they joined the Void, the possibilities would be endless, although it would take time to accumulate.

When Steve and Banner opened their eyes, they found themselves collapsing to the ground.

"Welcome to the Void Church," Tony said, stepping forward and easily helping them up with a smile.

"...What were those monsters?"

Steve asked, still shaken.

"Those were the gods of the Void, mighty beings," Tony replied.

"One of them is the true form of Harvey."
