This rune suppressed and expelled the poison from your body, but it's only effective because the poison wasn't potent it's low tier poision used by Kobolds to paralise their prey.
Unlike Demon poisons they're far more dangerous they are designed to corrupt both body and soul. Only Holy Magic can purify something so vile.

She sighed, her gaze turning distant.

I stared at her, trying to process it all.
