after eating a little i feel two of my crab legs change. It isnt the most pleasent feeling, but it isnt the worst feeling either. my back crab legs start get wider and on the ends, and kinda looks like paddles now. with them i can swim, but i feel that the more fish i eat the more changes to me happen, so i stop eating when i am full as it migth not be the smartest idea to only eat fish if what is happening to me is actualy what is happening. the fish i killed seem to look like a bass now that i take my time looking at it. some of the other crabs that are eating the bass, theire exoskeleton seem to slowly turn into what seems to be scales of a fish. i dont know if this is good or not, like do they keep the strength of the exoskeleton or do they lose it.
i shake my head (this being my entire body now as i am a crab) and think to myself ¨lets just get familiar with my surroundings first, find somewhere to rest safe. Then i can think of what to do¨while the other crabs are eating the fish i killed, i begin to walk away. After some time of walking i see a sunke ship, i decide to go there. As i walk over and suddenly i faceplant into an invisible wall. This suprised me, i touch the wall with my pincer and it gives of the color of like when gasoline is in water a rainbow like color to it when touched. i use my back paddles to swim up, to try and swim over it. after some time i notice it caves in towards me and not the ship, so i swim back down. i try and walk too each side to find out if there is a way out. after some time i realise that i am sealed inside a dome with the gigantic crab abomination in the middle and a bunch of fish and smaller crabs (probably the offspring of the huge one). This theory get strengthened as i see multiple sunken boats that seem to have been ripped to pieces in a figth.
after some time of walking, i find a sunken boat that is rigth outside the dome. There lies a humanoid looking skeleton on the ocean floor. I get a good look at it and learn quckly this is realy not earth (not that the huge ass dome and crab wasnt enough to confirm it). the skeleton is mostly humanoid, it seems the species it is had long tail, while the skull of it look sorta reptile looking. The skeletons hand seems fairly similar to a humans bone structure other than it has an extra bone in it. I get closer to to see if i can get closer look at it, and learn that the hand of the skeleton is inside the range of the dome. i think back to eating the fish and decide to gamble on it. i eat the hand. I takes some time as i have to break the bones into smaller pieces with my pincers, but after some time, i manage to finish eating the hand of the skeleton.
i can feel my pincers mutate and change as the top part of the pincers split up into 4 individual fingers, wich are encased in exoskeleton. after a bit my pincers have changed to hands. my hands feels oddly familiar, but at the same time very weird to move. i think to myself that it is unfortunate that the rest of the bones are behind the barrier, and why havent the crabs here eaten it? no meat maybe?.
